FAQ
Questions about CleanMac Care services
These answers describe how requests, remote authorization, on-site visits, and Mac maintenance work. If your question is about a specific service, the service pages include additional detail.
Do you come to my home or office?
On-site visits can be requested for Mac assistance in California. After you submit a request, we review the description, location, and scheduling needs before confirming whether an on-site visit is available. Submitting a form is not a confirmed appointment.
Can the work be done remotely?
Remote support is available for many software settings and maintenance tasks when it is a good fit for the issue. A remote session is arranged only after a request is reviewed. You remain in control of the Mac, and any remote access requires your authorization for that session.
Will you delete files without asking?
No. Cleanup and organization work is discussed before changes are made. We do not remove personal files, applications, or data without your permission.
Are you part of Apple or a software company?
CleanMac Care is an independent Mac cleaning and maintenance service. We do not sell a Mac utility app and we do not represent Apple or other software publishers.
What should I prepare before a session?
Have a short description of what you are noticing, such as low storage, slow startups, or cluttered folders. Back up important files if you can. For remote support, you should be present at the Mac and able to approve any proposed changes. Do not send Apple ID passwords, administrator passwords, or payment details through the request form.
Do you repair hardware?
These services focus on software settings, storage review, startup items, file organization, and routine macOS maintenance. We do not present this work as Apple-authorized hardware repair.
How quickly can you help?
Timing depends on the request, the type of support needed, and scheduling. We do not promise same-day availability. After a request is reviewed, we will discuss the next available options.
Does sending a request book a time automatically?
No. A submitted request is a description of the issue and a preference for remote or on-site help. The scope, timing, and support method are confirmed only after review.
Which parts of California do you serve?
CleanMac Care focuses on customers in California. Remote support is available where the issue is a fit for guided software assistance. On-site support is available statewide, subject to location, scheduling, and service confirmation. The Roseville office is for business coordination; technicians are not stationed in every city.
Will you install cleaning software on my Mac?
We help with built-in macOS tools and practical maintenance steps. We do not require a specific third-party cleaner and we do not operate as a software download site.
