About CleanMac Care

Independent Mac care for California customers

CleanMac Care is a privately offered Mac cleaning and maintenance service. We help people understand storage, performance, startup items, file organization, and routine macOS upkeep, then make approved changes with them.

What this business is

CleanMac Care provides hands-on assistance with Mac software care. That can mean reviewing why a disk looks full, walking through login items, sorting crowded folders, or checking settings after a macOS upgrade. The work is consultative: you see what is being reviewed, and you authorize changes before they are made.

Support is offered remotely and on-site for customers in California. Remote sessions are scheduled after a request is reviewed and only with your authorization. On-site visits are available statewide, subject to location, scheduling, and service confirmation. We do not sell a Mac utility app or present this site as a software download page.

CleanMac Care’s office is in Roseville, California (1137 Roseville Square, Roseville, CA 95678). That is the business location for correspondence and coordination. It does not mean technicians are stationed in every California city.

How we approach the work

Clear scope, no scare tactics, and no changes without permission.

Describe first, then decide

A request explains the issue. The session plan is confirmed afterward, including remote or on-site fit.

Stay present for remote help

Remote assistance requires your authorization for that session. You remain informed about proposed changes.

Protect the files that matter

We ask you to back up important data when you can. We do not delete personal files without approval.

Keep claims tied to the Mac in front of us

Storage recovered, speed, and startup behavior depend on the computer and the software it runs. We do not advertise guaranteed outcomes.

What we do not do

  • We do not claim an official relationship with Apple.
  • We do not provide Apple-authorized hardware repair as part of these services.
  • We do not ask for Apple ID passwords, administrator passwords, or payment details through the website form.
  • We do not use fake infection warnings or countdown offers to generate requests.

Talk through a Mac issue

Send a short description of the Mac and what you are seeing. We will review it before recommending remote or on-site next steps.
